If you are looking for a small one ("sissy-bar bag" usually refers to one that is about the size of the actual back-rest pad) you can go with almost anything out there; you just have to worry about the size looking right becasue they are all pretty easy to starp on to any bike. I made one for myself (I do a little leather work) that I use to store gloves, sunglasses, cablelock, etc....
If you are looking for a luggage-type bag, make sure you check out the Lazyrider bag. There are some postings aways down and you can go to their website "lazyrider.com".
